Kashawn Charles is the definition of basketball potential. He is fast, athletic, and has the shooting touch similar to Stephen Curry. The 6'1" guard is leading all varsity scorers on Long Island with a staggering 30.1 points per game for Wyandanch High School. Wyandanch currently sits 2nd in Suffolk League VI. Charles is currently averaging 32.2 PPG over his last 5 games including a 46-point performance in a 91-88 win over Greenport High School and shows no signs of slowing down as Wyandanch takes on Hampton-Bays High School Wednesday, February 8. Kashawn Charles is truly putting Wyandanch basketball back on the map.
